Director at the DGSI (Directorate General of the Information System) of the Banque de France

Delphine LESCARCELLE-EVIN has been, since April 2021, Director at the DGSI (Directorate General of the Information System) of the Banque de France, at the DISPO (Directorate Supervision, Payments and Operations Information System).

Delphine is currently in charge of implementing the Information System strategy for monetary policy, financial stability, statistics and supervision business lines.

Graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Master in “Bank Finance Insurance”), Delphine has worked at the Banque de France since 1999.

After several positions as head of IT services in the development of business applications as well as financial expert in management control, she was appointed Director of Strategy at the General Secretariat of the Banque de France. For more than 6 years, Delphine was in charge of defining and driving the corporate strategy within the Bank the 2020-2024 strategic plan, “Building Together 2024 “.

As Director at the DGIS, Delphine actively contributes to multiple actions of the strategic plan through the IS business lines. She is Sponsor of the strategic action “Digital sobriety”.

Furthermore, Delphine is actively involved in the feminization of digital professions, in particular, by welcoming young middle school students on discovery internships at the Banque de France (90 young fellows visited Banque de France in February 2024, interacting directly with BdF IT role models) and by encouraging female colleagues to follow training science and IT.
