Biography
Roberto Moser is a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo.
He graduated in Management Engineering at Milan’s Polytechnic University, with a Master’s Degree in ICT & Business Management in 2013. After a three-year experience in business and IT consulting, he joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2016 as IT Project Manager, with a focus on innovation projects inside the Group’s international subsidiaries. In 2019 he joined the recently formed Diversity & Inclusion office, which reports directly to Intesa Sanpaolo’s Chief Operating Officer.
As part of the D&I team, he has led the design and coordination of projects and initiatives aimed at fostering diversity and promoting inclusion inside as well as outside of the organization. Within the Group’s D&I office, he also manages reporting activities of diversity-related data, with a focus on monitoring activities of Intesa Sanpaolo’s commitments towards gender equality.
