rudy Kerr has had over 20 years experience in the design and communications industry across 4 countries and 3 continents, from strategy to hands on design, creative direction to media production.

In 2013 Trudy was offered the opportunity to expand her career journey by joining the largest radio and media station in Malta, and after a year as a radio DJ, Trudy took to the small screen creating 7 shows over 3 years, producing and presenting over 400 episodes.

2016 saw another exciting change for Trudy as she hit the airwaves as Drive Time DJ and Producer for Malta’s only English speaking radio station, XFM. This also gave Trudy the opportunity to take to the stage and present some of the largest events in Malta.

In 2020, Covid presented a new opportunity to create a presence in the fast emerging podcast platform, and along with The Interviewer, The SHE Word was born.

Created, Produced and Presented by Trudy Kerr, The SHE Word brings women together to discuss topics, air views, share journeys, relate stories, inform and educate, and find EMPOWERMENT through UNITY.  Since it’s launch, The SHE Word has reached over 100,000 spotify plays, 300,000 YouTube plays, 4.8 Million Instagram Reel plays and gathered over 5.5 Million collective views across over 40 countries.

Trudy continues to present on stages and at events all over the world, with a passion for interviewing and as a motivational speaker.
